How long will my order take to ship?

Each piece of House of Seven Moons jewelry is handmade to order and will be ready to ship within 10-20 business days. During high order volumes, additional processing time may be necessary. House of Seven Moons is not responsible for lost packages, delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. House of Seven Moons does not guarantee delivery dates.

Can I return my jewelry?

House of Seven Moons does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. All orders are FINAL SALE. Every item is customized and handmade to order. If you are unsure on sizing or have other inquiries about a product please email help@houseofsevenmoons.com PRIOR to placing an order to ensure your order is accurate.

My item says delivered but it's not here/or it's lost

We work extra hard to make sure your order is created and shipped on time. All orders are shipped with an attached tracking number. Once your order leaves our shop, we have no control over the delivery of your package. House of Seven Moons is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
